The recipe is a genuine amaro-style botanical blend, built from grapefruit, ginger, cardamom, chamomile, gentian, juniper, and allspice, with the grapefruit oil sourced from Italy in a nod to that ritual. The result is bittersweet and complex, herbaceous and citrus-bright, the sort of layered profile that would be delicious even with nothing infused into it. The 750 mL bottle carries 37.5mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC across the bottle, or 2.5mg per serving, so a measured pour is simple to dial in.
