Kava Haven is a non-alcoholic, zero-proof spirit built around CO2-extracted noble kava root, made to bring the social, South Pacific ritual of kava to the modern bar cart without alcohol. This Lemon Ginger expression is citrus-forward and layered, opening with bright lemon zest and soft white-grape sweetness before warming ginger, cardamom, vanilla and orange blossom round it into a complex, faintly bitter botanical finish. Rather than a sweet ready-to-drink can, it comes as a 750 mL bottle designed to be mixed, sipped over ice, or poured neat in place of a clear spirit.
The kava here is standardized to 30% kavalactones, with roughly 150mg of kavalactones in each 1.5 oz pour and about 30 calories per serve, and the bottle yields around 17 servings.
